Potentiacta Impact Rewards: program terms

Potentiacta Impact Rewards is run by Potentiacta Inc. in this store. When you buy a certified product and agree to take part, you earn Potentiacta credits that you can use in this store.

Earning credits

You earn 100 credits for every $1 you pay for certified products, after discounts and without tax and shipping. Credits are earned only when the box Count this purchase in Potentiacta Impact Rewards is ticked. If you paid with an express button, you can tick it on the order confirmation page within 24 hours.

Credits you use to pay don't earn new credits. You can earn up to 10,000 credits a month in this store. The program runs while its budget lasts.

Using credits

100 credits = $1. Sign in to your account in this store, open your cart and choose how many credits to use. We add the same amount to your account as store credit for 24 hours. At checkout, tap Apply store credit. Credits can pay for products, shipping and tax in this store only.

How long credits last

PROMOTIONAL CREDITS. CREDITS EXPIRE 90 DAYS AFTER EACH PURCHASE THAT EARNED THEM. Credits that expire soonest are used first.

Returns and cancellations

If you return or cancel a product, the credits you earned for it are removed, including from credits you earned later. If you paid with credits, the returned amount comes back to you as credits.

No cash value

Credits are a reward. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred.

Your data

Potentiacta receives from the store the details of your order and your customer number in this store. We never receive your name, email, phone or address. Totals of program purchases, combined across buyers and without any customer data, are used in Potentiacta's impact reports.

Impact figures

The economic impact shown for a product is an estimate made with OECD input-output data. It is not a claim about this product's environmental effect.

Shop assistant

The Ask tab in the Potentiacta window is an AI assistant run by Potentiacta. It answers questions about certified products, your credits and this program; it can't spend credits, apply discounts or change orders.

Conversations are recorded, kept for 90 days and processed by our AI provider; Potentiacta reads them to check the quality of answers. Email addresses and phone numbers you type are hidden before a conversation is saved. Please don't share health or other sensitive information.
